Oil Press

Oil expeller is a machine that extrudes oil from oil materials by external mechanical forces. At present it can be divided into hydraulic mechanism oil expeller, screw oil press, new hydraulic oil press, and efficient fine filtration oil press.


Hydraulic mechanism oil expeller is also known as hydraulic oil press, now it has basically replaced by screw oil press. It is static system oil squeezing, low yield efficiency, less standalone function, equipment multiple and covers a big area, workshop needs heat preservation, the worse operation condition. But hydraulic mechanism oil has the advantages of simple structure and energy saving, it can be applied to some fragmented fuel (such as rice bran, wild oil) and oil material has the need to keep special flavor or nutrition (such as cocoa, the olive, sesame and so on) of the slurry oil mill suppressed. In addition, it also can be used for solid fat or wax chaff squeeze separation.


Screw oil press is one of the most widely used oil squeezing equipment. It has continuous large quantity, short dynamic squeezing time, high yield efficiency, and the low intensity of labor and so on advantages. The main part of screw oil press is the chamber, the chamber is composed of the press cage and screw axis which rotates in the press cage. Its working process is to use the narrowing of screw axis spiral process or increasing of root circle diameter, make the chamber play its role by reducing the space volume; the oil flows out from the crack in the cage, and at the same time press the bread crumbs into residue piece and discharge them from the end shaft constantly. To sum up squeezing oil can be divided into three stages that is feeding (preloading) section, main squeezing (the oil) section, into bread (press and drain oil) section.

Increased the bore size, adjusted the pitch, increase the pressure of the chamber, further improve the yield efficiency. Add the oil guiding groove to avoid the oil back out again dipped into dry bread slag, in the equipment installed in the chamber of the guiding groove, make oil and the bread rapid separate from each other, improve the yield efficiency.
